Interesting. I can hardly walk at first when I get up in the

mornings. My feet are so stiff. Just thought I was getting old but

now wonder if another symptom from undertreatment.

What about muscle cramps at night - I get some mainly in my calves. Not often but now and then, I just massage them out and try to walk them off. But last night I got one in my left lower arm - weird. Lots of sharp tingling pain and the muscle cramping - it hurt like _____. It still is sore and hurts some today.

Janie Re: Re: Muscle/Jpint pain with hypothyroid Plantar Fasciitis and bone spurs are an absolute symptom of thyroid disease. It was about my third or fourth symptom, before I knew that I had it. Iwent to the Podiatrist and got orthotics made to change the position that myfeet were in when I walked on them, then was a jogger also. I still have abad plantar, but no bone spurs and can now walk without foot pain. The typeof shoes women wear often aggravate it.Tx Re: Muscle/Jpint pain with hypothyroid> Interesting.
