Courtenay...chicken soup/cheese cloth question

Courtenay, where do I get cheese cloth? I have made your wonderful soup twice and everyone loves it, especially me but the bones sure are troublesome...I'd rather wrap up the bird so I don't have to worry about spitting them out! -e-

I know they have cheese cloth at Central Market on Broadway, but

I'm too cheap for that. What I usually do is pick all the meat

off by hand. Of course, I wash my hands first.

Some H-E-Bs also carry cheesecloth. Maybe when we have our

meeting in two weeks, you could make a pit stop at Central Market on

the way. It's about half a mile from Candlelight.

I am so glad you enjoyed the soup!
