Guest guest
Courtenay, where do I get cheese cloth? I have made your wonderful soup twice and everyone loves it, especially me but the bones sure are troublesome...I'd rather wrap up the bird so I don't have to worry about spitting them out! -e-
Guest guest
I know they have cheese cloth at Central Market on Broadway, but I'm too cheap for that. What I usually do is pick all the meat off by hand. Of course, I wash my hands first. Some H-E-Bs also carry cheesecloth. Maybe when we have our meeting in two weeks, you could make a pit stop at Central Market on the way. It's about half a mile from Candlelight. I am so glad you enjoyed the soup!
