Morning all, in a rush to get ready for work today. Today I did the 12 min. kettlebell workout from the vol. 1 I started yesterday. Now this workout is done with. I also did Fit Chic Pilates, a 20 min pilates workout with Niedra . So now that's two virgin workouts completed for today. Have a great day everyone.

oh thats disappointing sarah :(

ive never considered trying this one because i dont like most

dancey workouts either (there are a few exceptions)... and i knew

it wouldnt be for me. sorry to hear that it wasnt for you

either, but it is great that you gave it a try and can now

honestly get rid of it!
