thankyou so much for your comments tonya! you are always so very

helpful.

keep in mind that im in canada, so maybe doctor training is a bit

different here... i dunno. my family dr has a bunch of

certificates on the wall... i could have sworn that physio was

one of them so i was surprised when she would not touch me and

sent me to an actual therapist.

thankyou for reminding me to ask for medical massage. i had

realized there were different types of massage, but you are

right, i should be specific when i go there.

im not sure yet how i will pay for that, but i will figure

something out.

good to know about the chiro.... i may very well be out of

alignment due to the fall that i took that started this whole

issue. i expect that the physio will be able to tell me if that

is the case. i think that right now there is too much

inflammation for him to tell much of anything.

also, i apparently have osteopenia which is a normal level of

bone loss due to aging.

im not sure if this is playing a part in the problem... the

family dr also said that it might be arthritis... eek!

i just hope that someone will be able to tell me what the issue

is and will then help. i have to ask alot of questions when it

comes to medical people or else they wont tell me anything about

anything! argh!

:*carolyn.
