It's what propelled me to go further, even though because of various injuries I wasn't able to run more than 5K til 3 years later - in the end - if you set your mind to it you can do it. Oh, no, he didn't say I COULDN'T do it! He just said my poor form would injure me! -- And proceeded to help correct the problems. Actually he's kind-of planning to be my coach, which is fine with me!
