Got up at 4:00 and did The Firm: Upper Body.  I'm pretty sure I did this one ages ago but it seemed new to me.  It's a compilation of upper body sections from their prior workouts.  This is an oldie complete with

thong leotard instructors with breathy, borderline pornographic voices,

white Reebok shoes with long, puffy socks.  This is one of the videos where they use a 2 x 4 piece of wood to rest your head on during one exercise LOL  I wrote down all the exercises and what I used but they are too numerous to list.  What I like about The Firm is that unlike gym

workouts, it's very unpredictable, it keeps you guessing.  My only critique of this one is that there are hardly any bicep sections, so I took out the last set of chest flys and did bicep curls instead. After

that I did the Supreme 90 Day bonus workout that you send in for, The ten minute Supreme Rock Hard Abs dvd.  I like it a lot and once again, LOVE how this series gives P90X and obnoxious Tony Horton a run for his money!  This set of 10 dvd's is only $20 at Wallgreens and rather advanced.  Sweet!  In this ab workout you do:roll-ups

situps with a twist

side plank raises

thread the needles

reverse crunches

obliques with palms up

the human X

figure 4's

elbow to knee in a plank

side V ups

bicycles

double crunches, then scissor

Yay!  Glad I got my weights in!  As much as I'd love to go running at lunch I can tell my lower body still needs to recuperate so I will more than likely walk.

Hope everyone's work week is off to a good start!
