Guest guest Posted August 6, 2011 Report Share Posted August 6, 2011 Ugh.. so today is my birthday and I felt like I was 76 on the treadmill instead of 36 - LOL! Definitely one of my worst workouts out there. My legs were burning a ton today. So weird that some days they are fine, and some days they really burn. Even with my jog, I paused SEVERAL times in the short 5 minutes. I was happy to shut it off at 30.04, and I had went 1.68 miles. I bounced afterwards for about 5 minutes or so. I shut my HRM off at like 38 minutes and had burned 351 calories with my average at 124. I will walk tomorrow, and then I believe Monday and Tuesday I'm taking totally off...or maybe some light weights if I think my hands can handle it on Tuesday? We'll see. Then, when I get back to the treadmill next week, I think I will shorten the walks up a bit and/or split them up with some bouncing in the middle. I typically feel fine / good while on the treadmill, but have been sooo tired afterwards. Lightning up might be wise.
