Our orthotist said to swish it around in bathwater about once a month and let it dry thoroughly before using it again. One problem with that is when they have to wear it 24/7. When we were in one that long, I would wash it down with the Cetaphil. I figured it doesn't leave a residue and was safe for the skin. It is also an anti-bacterial. I'd just wipe the outside with a babywipe as needed.

Hope that helps.

Jane

Hey every one, I have a question for a friend about how to clean a TLSO brace. I thought what a better place to ask then here for information. Thanks in advance,

Poulsen
