Dead tired. DS had 2 friends sleep over, one who is obnoxious and was still up making noise at nearly 2 AM (keeping the other 2 boys and us awake) and I had to get up for work at 5:30 AM. Fun. Anyway, I wanted to do SOMETHING because I'd already decided I would. Am also sore from Power Hour (quads and tris especially but I just noticed the chest is starting to get in on the party) so didn't want a lot. DH was in an ugly mood this afternoon and I decided he needed to move too so I said, "Wanna do a walk?" He was reading in my workout room anyway (there's an armchair in there... yeah, weird workout room) and couldn't really get away easily since I was also standing in front of the door so he said yes. We did just 1 mile (from Walk the Walk VHS). I did put quite a bit of energy into it, surprising myself and DH, who thought I was hilarious with my exaggerated movements trying to get as much out of it as I could. It wasn't a lot but I'm still glad to have done it and DH was in a much better mood after it too (I'm sure laughing at me helped). Not sure if I'll get a workout in tomorrow or not, might be another short one, maybe I'll do a 10 Pound Slimdown workout. I want to do something tomorrow, Monday & Tuesday since we're leaving on vacation Wednesday and videos are not going with me (nor is computer, I'll go no mail for those days) but I still have lots of planning and packing to do. We'll see. Gotta go to sleep soon (now) though!
