So the plan to go shorter, didn't happen, but I'm pretty certain it will next week depending on how I feel. I did change things up a bit by walking for 20 minutes on the treadmill, bouncing 5 minutes, walking another 10 minutes, than bouncing another 5 minutes. My legs have been soooo fatigued. This helped quite a bit. I shut my HRM off at 45 minutes and had burned 492 calories with my average at 130. On the treadmill, I shut it off at 30.04 and had went 1.7 miles.
