Hi!This is what I'm planning on doing (it is based on a rotation developed a year or so ago). I'm up for starting eiher 8/28 or 8/21 - so majority wins! :) I plan to do the Slim workouts on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and then cardio/Pilates/yoga/stretch on Monday/Wed. Friday I do a long walk and will also do either a longer Yoga or the full Cool It off.

So, here goes:

Week 1

Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday - Start it up, Slim N 6 pack, Slim N Limber

Monday/Wed - cardio plus yoga, Pilates, or stretch

Friday - long walk, long yoga/stretch

Sat - rest or yoga/stretch (maybe another walk?)

week 2

Sunday - cardio core express, 6 min abs, cool it off express

Tuesday, Thursday - Ramp it Up, Slim n 6 pack, Slim n Limber

Monday/Wed/Fri - Same was week 1

week 3

Sunday - cardio sculpt express, 6 min abs, cool it off express

Tuesday - ramp, 6 pack, limber

Thursday - burn, 6 pack, limber

M, W, F & Sat - same

Week 4

Sunday - cardio core express, 6 min, cool it off exp

Tuesday, Thursday - burn, 6 pack, limber

MWF & Sat - same

Week 5

Sunday - cardio sculpt express, 6 min, cool exp

Tues, Thurs - keep, 6 pack, limber

MWF & Sat - same

week 6

Sunday - Mix

Tuesday - Firm

Thursday - Tear

MWF & Sat - same

week 7 -

Sunday - Shape

Tuesday - Tone

Thurs - Mix

MWF & Sat - same

week 8

Sunday - Firm

Tueday - Tear

Thursday - Shape

MWF & Sat Same

Week 9 - finish w/ Tone

(repeat if still into these! :))

Wow that looks good. I'll look at your plan closer in the next day or so and try to come up with something similar. I will do slim in 6 on Monday's and Fridays, or Fridays and Sunday's. I will do turbo tues - thurs. Thanks for sending us your plan. TeenaSent from my iPhone

That works for me, too. I can probably use an extra week to regroup after vacation! Actually the 21st is the start of my staycation - and I'm thinking a nice low key week of walks and yoga may be in order.
