Took a rest day yesterday but wanted to stick to my plan and fit in my scheduled workouts, so I squeezed in some extra today. This morning - Beatburn walk/jog on the tmill, 30-35 for the workout, plus and extra 5 min for a fun song that came on, lol. Total, 40 min cardio This afternoon - EA2 (Wii): Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, 31 minutes; followed by 20 minutes on the elliptical using the game Walk It Out on the Wii + plus 10 extra minutes of hooping experiments and rebounding to the game. Total workout time 60ish minutes, half strength, half cardio. All caught up, and still feelinga bit sore from back & biceps the other day.
