Rough 2 Day/Back with New Workout

The last two days have been life issues. First a toothache, then an early doctors appointment gone array (school said my daughter needed a vaccine but the doctor said she didn't OY VEY!). Last night I unwound with Yoga Complete For Everybody's Dealing with Change Beginner Practice

just to loosen up and relax. Today I again swapped a run for tomorrow's workout and tomorrow's workout will be the run. I couldn't pick anything from my own collection this morning (as I am still paring down) so I went to a website I recently signed up for called Live Exercise

which using Bodylastic bands and attachments. I didn't have all the attachments, but was able to modify. I did have a door anchor and since my bands have clips on the ends I just clipped them together for my waist anchor. I did the very first MMA clip they did. They have their workouts archived and thankfully they do because I am missing out. This workout feature Rashad (UFC) and his coach through drills of exercises. Some were sport specific while others were standard body strengthening routines. It wasn't the MOST intense workout I have ever done, but it was an awesome one. I see them really doing these routines as to not tire the fighter out while trying to challenge them to increase their strength and speed. I really like what I have seen so far with this site and will probably use it again very soon.
