Guest guest
I wonder if is there is a difference between peak alpha training and alpha-training, or dominant alpha training. Do we also enhance peak alpha frequency when we train 8-12 hz? I mean the alpha peaks at about 10 hz in normal adult persons, but regarding to the work of Klimesch and others there is a decline in alpha when getting older (usually) what protocol can help to increase peak alpha? Is it better to train alpha in one or two channels - or is it even better to train coherence of alpha in the occiput? Btw - I am not shure whether dominant alpha is the same as peak alpha frequency. ....lot of questions - but I really can´t find an answer, though I´ve worked really hard for this (searching in books and Internet ;-) .
