Guest guest
Hi Everyone,Sorry in advance to be so brief - but I had a busy day - I had to shop for My DD's b-day which is next week (her party is this weekend) and just other stuff going on - work and house - and the usual.Soooo. on to the workout - I did Debra Mazda's Let's Get Stepping - what a FUN step workout. It isn't the most intense in the world, but it is very do-able and fun and it isn't boring - there is variety in the steps but not so much that it is frustrating. The music is good and Debra herself is very inspiring, I believe she went from being 300+lbs to a healthy weight. She is not a tiny woman, but her transformation is amazing. Her cast is made up of plus size women and it is inspiring to see different body types out there exercising. She also has her cast show different modifications - some leave out arm movements, some do the workout on a lower step, etc. I used a 6 inch step today, but I could go to 8 w/ this workout and be fine. Glad I pulled this one out - it had been awhile since I did it. The only critique I have is that she doesn't always work both sides evenly - but the choreography is simple enough so that you can fix that yourself by doing some extra reps on the left side and fewer reps on the right side or just alternating sides throughout each combo.Finished up with the 2nd part of Beauty to the Bone by Margaret . It was all floorwork - nice! Take care - Donna
