Guest guest Posted August 4, 2011 Report Share Posted August 4, 2011 Another great walk/jog in this morning. I didn't have the lactic acid burns in my legs today either. How weird. I feel like I'm totally getting conditioned for walking in just this short amount of time already. It already doesn't do as much for my heart rate, but I can't get my legs to move any faster than 3.5 when walking! LOL.. I jogged again the last 5 minutes with only one tiny pause (4.1 MPH)  I shut the treadmill off at 30.36, and had went 1.75 miles. I then bounced for about 7 minutes on the ball..aggressively.. until 40 minutes and shut my HRM off at 42 minutes. I burned 444 calories with my average at 129. D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
