Guest guest Posted June 23, 2011 Report Share Posted June 23, 2011 Nice work !!D  I did workout 8 today, It was very short, but it was a killer. Yowzers.   Reinhardt Kettlebell System Workout 8Warm up 4:00Workout 16:21Cool down 4:54Doug’s challenge, 15 minutes10 push ups20 squat jumps15 rows per side-20 lb. 40 alternating leg lifts-For these you lay on your back with your legs straight up in the air while holding a kettlebell up in the air above your chest while lowering one leg at a time-20 lb bell50 two hand swings-20 lb bell Rest only if you need to, repeat as many times as possible in 15 minutes.-On my God, only when I need too, that's pretty much everywhere.  I made it to the leg lift portion of round 3 and got in 25 leg lifts before time was up. This was a timed workout so you just try to improve how far you get every time you do it.  Thank God tomorrow is a rest day.  Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
