Woo hoo, I am so excited. I had been hovering around 144 since April so this week, I changed up a few things in my diet, I lowered my calorie intake a little and added in a lot more veggies and this week I lost 3.8 lbs. putting me at 140.4. 140 was the goal weight I had originally set for myself when I started out to lose weight. I now know that I still need to lose a little more so I am just going to try for 5 lbs. at a time now. 135 here I come.

Great job!!

I've been stagnant for a while. I hit a new low about 2 weeks ago, and haven't

been back down there. I'm hovering around 165, wanting to get down to 140 or so.

I'm worried about stress-eating right now. (I can't wait for the cherry tomatoes

to start coming ripe so I can pop them like candy!) I've " upped " the intensity

of my workouts, hoping to both burn more calories and relieve some of the

stress.

Stress has brought back my bruxism/TMJ problems. Bleah! Maybe a sore jaw will

stop me from eating??
