Hi ,

The older Cathe's sound fun! Push Pull/Supersets is one of my favorites, and I

just " watched " Kick, Punch, and Crunch while I was doing a tmill workout the

other day, lol. I wanted something different to watch and missed watching the

Body Blast series from the old FitTv. I should try doing the workout one of

these days, too. Ha.

Hope you to continue to improve and are back to 100% soon.

I agree Donna! I love that you can go heavy or light since they have a nice rep

speed - and the music is fun, too! And I really like the stability ball work -

even if it they can be a bit of a space (and equipment) hog.

Hi ,

I did the timesaver version of Cathe's Gym Style Chest & Triceps last week and

enjoyed it - despite it starting with push ups, heh. The timesaver version

seems to skip a few sets of push ups, which was fine with me! ;) I like Cathe in

shorter doeses right now, and need to explore which other premixes are 30 min!

I think Beatburn has an outdoor setting, too! ;) I'm going on workout 11 with

Beatburn since June 5th, and can feel things getting harder. The other day

Britney told me to run at 5.8 mph for 90 sec. Huh? Previously we'd only been

doing 60 sec or less - and usually 5.0 mph or less, with the occasional 30 sec

of 5.5 mph. I almost made the 90 sec, but wouldn't have even tried that had she

not been directing the workout.

Nice job with your long hike the other day - and PUB, too!
