Guest guest Posted August 2, 2011 Report Share Posted August 2, 2011 I had a great session with Sts disk 1 this morning. I hadn't used my STS tower since before I broke my hand 8 months ago. I used it to do elevated push ups. I was into my second set of push ups when I realized there were spiders in the tower, lol! I did a one mile run walk on concrete. I was on my way to BART and carrying a backpack. I love my new running shoes! I am going to walk another 2.5 miles later.I am sore from yesterday's yoga core session. Happy workouts!
