I wonder how many more of these I will be doing before BG arrives...HMM... With that said, this workout felt a tad different this morning in that I had a harder time getting my heart rate up, but the lactic acid in my legs was huge, and I had to take pauses here and there when I was going 3.5MPH.  I did enjoy it again though, and I pushed hard.  I jogged the last 5 minutes, which felt easier than the walk practically!   I shut the treadmill off at 30.30 and had went 1.73 miles.  Afterwards, I decided to bounce on my ball in an attempt to get the baby's head to drop.  I had fun doing it... Looked like  fool, I'm sure.  I had my heart rate in the 140's while doing it :)  I probably bounced about 5 minutes.  I shut my HRM off at 38 minutes and had burned 404 calories with my average at 129.

Another appointment w/ Kim today... Looking forward to it, other than the acupuncture..ugh..D

LOL.. good grief, no you wouldn't!  I've outgrown most of my tank tops, so I've been shedding my t-shirt for my workouts...  (just to add to that great visual!)  ;)

Hi Darcy!I will say there is something to be said about the stability ball - I used it the day before DD was born! :)
