I hadn't done a headstand since I was a kid. Let me tell you, it was a thrill, especially since I was so sure that I wasn't going to be able to do it. My goodness, she's such a good teacher.

This was at the end of the 1.5 hr class. I can tell that I'm getting stronger because of this. We did the pranayama breathing, some intense isometric crunches, tons of plank variations, sun salutations, lunge and triangle variations.

We ended by doing dolphin and then headstands. We paired up and she showed us how to do very limited spotting. I couldn't believe that I was able to do it. It seemed so impossible.

I am hooked. This is doing me a world of good. Next week is spine week. Can you believe my company paid for 10 weeks of this?I also had a super fun bike commute. Have I mentioned that bikes make me happy? LOL.

Lucky me,Happy workouts!
