I just got back from running a few errands. This morning I did one that I got off of swapadvd.com It is called :08 min New Core Series Core workouts. It is 5 different 8 minute segments that work legs/thighs, abs, butt, arms, and then an 8 min stretch as well. It shows different levels for beginner, intermediate, advanced. Of course the advanced wasnt very advanced at all. It was okay, not great. I will do some mindless cardio, probably on my exercise bike later while I watch tv, but then right now it is beautiful outside so I may end up biking or walking outside later, depends how hot it gets today.
