Just a quick check in. So busy! Today was especially great.Cathe Pyramid Lower Body this morning - the ball segment is still so HARD. I've got the weights fine-tuned, and will probably see some progress for the next 2 weeks.Walk/Run 2.5 miles. It rained on me! I wasn't expecting that. I grabbed a raincoat . My favorite running shoes are my Teva sandals, so picture me running to the BART station, carrying a fully loaded backpack, wearing jeans, and a raincoat that I grabbed last minute along with those river sandals. It worked, but I know I looked kooky. Who cares, right?Walked to and from yoga class!! This class was about the core, psoas, hamstrings, and adductors. Holy moly. It felt so good after PLB that I wanted to cry. We also learned how to do a proper boat pose. I love that my job pays for this.Walked another mile after work.Yeah!Hope everybody is doing great! I am behind on emails.
