I got in two workouts today when I was worried about even finding time to get one in! I got up later than I'd planned and had to do a shorter workout than I'd planned. I went with program 2 of I Want Those Arms and program 2 of I Want Those Buns. I didn't go heavy enough with arms I think and last time I did buns, a few weeks ago, my butt hurt for a couple of days so at least I know that was good. Later in the day, in between classes (I have a 3 hour break and then go to another location so I go home for a while and hang with the kids) the kids and I went for a walk/bike ride for another half hour. They wanted to go out again tonight but it was 8:00 when we finished dinner and DH and I both had things to do and wanted especially the little one in bed early, she's been hideously whiny today. I might push DH to walk during commercials but I'm dead tired myself so we'll see.

(still behind on emails & postings but trying to at least workout and post those)
