Guest guest
Hi Everyone, For today I took a break from Margaret (my plan is to do 4 MR workouts per week and 2 circuits) to do a circuit workout - I did Cathe's Body Fusion from her Basic Step & Body Fusion DVD. I enjoyed it. It was more of a cardio workout than strength though and very mild on the strength training by Cathe's standards. I think Cathe said she was only using 3 lbs! I used 8's and 10's. It was more of a cardio workout than a strength workout (although she did do 3 sets of push-ups at the end which were pretty tough!)- the choeogrpahy was similar to her Intermediate Step that I did the other day - so not entirely basic, but not impossible to follow either, especially if you ar familiar w/ Cathe's work. I did the Basic Step workout once on this DVD and found it to be pretty easy - so better for a light day. Well, at least I got some virgin workouts done this week! For my flexibility/alignment I did 3 segments from 10 Min Solution Pilates for Beginners - I did core, total body and stretching/flexibility. All were very nice! Tomorrow, back to cardio, MR and flexibility! Hope everyone has a nice Wednesday.Donna
Guest guest
I traded away this DVD and have wanted it back almost ever since. It is perfect for days I don't want to kill myself but still feel like I've done "something" and want it to be more than . I'm keeping my eyes open for it on trade lists and for cheap.
