Guest guest
Hi all, I'm still just here enjoying my vacation. This morning I did RKS workout 4. Afterwards I did a yoga called upper body yoga for beginners with Rodney Yee. I liked it except for the back bend portion. You get on the floor and put your feet next to your butt and put your hands backwards near your ears and push yourself up into a backbend. I am an old lady who is stiff as a board and my body don't wanna do that. I got to the top of my head once and that was about it. That move did not seem beginner to me, but I guess if you are 20 and beginning it would be different. I did like this one though. I kinda surprised myself on one move, I don't know what it's called, you lay on your stomach and grab your feet and put your head forward and pull yourself up into a half circle. I actually did it, I was shocked. This DVD was more challenging than the last Rodney Yee one I did, but that one was much more relaxation focused and this one was more work focused. Now I am off to do some housework and then to watch TV for a little while.
Guest guest
I am afraid to try that kind of a backbend. That doesn't seem like a beginner move to me either. We did the other one, the one on your stomach, in my yoga class. That felt sooooo good. Nice job! Hi all, I'm still just here enjoying my vacation. This morning I did RKS workout 4. Guest guest
I have done this once. It is intense, as all Jillian's workouts are, but doable. You can also do it in pieces as I recall, I can't remember if it is chaptered or what but in my notes I have something about being easily able to do just one or a few sections of it.
