Guest guest Posted June 24, 2011 Report Share Posted June 24, 2011 Hi Everyone, Things are a little better at work - yesterday was quieter and I was able to catch up a bit. I still have a lot on my plate, but it is feeling more manageable and I did sleep better and some of my neck and shoulder tension is going away. I'm trying to convince myself to take a walk today w/ out my friend, but I'm thinking I would probably be better off clearing my desk and getting a handle on work so I can hopefully have less stress next week.My workout this morning was Freytag's walking/circuit workout from Exercise TV. I forget the name, but it is the first one where has darker hair. I like this workout a lot! A little of everything, no dread. I also added on the yoga stretch from Voight's Yoga Focus (which I have via her Sleek Physique DVD). I picked this one b/c it had a lot of good upper back/shoulder stretches also some good ones for the hips which I needed also after sitting so much this week.Tomorrow is my active recovery day so I plan to do yoga in the a.m. before Saturday activities!Take care -Donna Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
