Guest guest
Wow, I can't believe you are still doing pushups! Aren't you just around a month away?? Pics? You are such a healthy Momma! You're my hero Darcy!! Yay, got another great one in this morning. It's been a long time since I have done this one.. I liked it a lot. It went fast. It was biceps, triceps, & shoulders, and then three segments of standing core. I used 10's, a 15, and 8's. I also did 4 sets of push-ups with sets of just 8 - 10 and using my platform. I'm happy I can still do push-ups I wanted to touch on my chest, and of course they elevate my heart rate like crazy. I shut my HRM off at 33 minutes and I had burned a nice 330 calories with my average at 125. Now to train in a little bit, then take the boys to lessons again. Enjoy your Fridays all!D

Guest guest
Wow! Most people, including me, have enough trouble just lifting their own body weight in push ups, let alone their own plus a baby and all the fluid, etc.!! Way to go Darcy! Guest guest
Somehow I got the mental image of Darcy rocking back and forth on the baby bump while doing push-ups! I know when I was PG, near the end, I do believe with my arms extended, my belly would have still touched the ground first! Way to go, Darcy! I *wish* I had kept up my health like you have! Guest guest
Aww, thank you guys!!!! Yes, I can still do push-ups, but I am using my platform, so they are a bit easier. I will have to have DH snap a pic while doing one. I'm sure it's not pretty though...LOL... My midwife had me do a couple push-ups today after training her..LOL.. I have a bit more than that . I am about 34 weeks... so 6 weeks to go until due date. Anytime from 37 weeks on, they consider full-term, but I was late with my other three. I am so hoping I am not too late w/ this one I attached a pic. I am BIG. I just had Sawyer take this one this week, so it's recent. Don't look at my terrible hair. It was in a ponytail, and I had just taken it out.D  Wow, I can't believe you are still doing pushups! Aren't you just around a month away?? Guest guest
Aww, thank you Indyrose! Let me remind you, while I have done well with my workouts (for the most part), my eating has surely been less than stellar  It's sooo hard for me to eat healthy with these crazy hormones.
