Judy, I'm thinking for this week I will be so high on Love that food will truly be just fuel and I'll be more focused on being with than anything.  When he leaves.... yeah... chicken will be gone for awhile - more egg white omelets and other protein sources for sure!

It is a tremendous opportunity to live the bodybuilder lifestyle in real time with someone and I'm so grateful for this in addition to the obvious.  I feel I am going to go through a tremendous Change..Butterflies,

 

oohooh..fun...man.. not dietno fruit...ugh...and i wouldn't poo for days...but i am a fiber queen (i snack on raw veggies and whole grain snacks )as an uncle died of colon cancer...so i eat 25-35 g fiber a day....plus i only eat red meat 1 day a week... :)

My Man, , who is a very vain bodybuilder and has given me permission to post his photos anywhere I want to (see attached) had his ex, a pro bodybuilder, call me and give me " The Diet " .  Since many of you asked about it, here is what I will be eating when I'm with Him (there will be a couple of cheat meals while he's here too such as VooDoo Donoughts, Burger, and , my favorite restaurant in Portland (Lebanese).

6:30  1/2 oatmeal, one scoop protein powder9:30  5 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup sweet potatoes12:30 6 oz   filet mignon, 1/2 cup rice, 1 cup green beans3:30   5 oz chicken 6:30 6 oz chicken, 1/2 cup green beans

9:30  1 1/2 cup protein powder (I'll have casein, has a special kind)Now that I've written all this down I feel compelled to drink some wine.  YIKES THIS IS GOING TO BE HARD!

*L* We are going to Costco and he is buying the grocery list :)  This is what bodybuilders do... definitely not for the ordinary or faint of heart.  I'm sure when he leaves I'll be binging :)

I'm going out for pizza and WINE WITH GIRLFRIENDS AKA YOU afterward!!!Yes, my good friend Stacey is coming to fisit me the first week in July right after and we will report all our workouts to you guys from both our perspectives.  Stacey I so can't wait to see you!  My EV buddy in person!!!

Yes, you can have as many veggies as you want :) they are indeed free foods and I will have more than what is listed for sure.  The chicken - cut the fat off and cut into chunks, put in a pan lightly sprayed with Pam (I'll use Trader Joes Fat Free olive oil spray) and lightly salt.  I'm just cooking for the way he likes things and I'll have around half of what he has.

I forgot to ask about the filet mignon, I'm thinking I'll put it in the oven?  I think some salt is okay, just not too much, and I don't see anything wrong with pepper!Yes just reading the diet makes me want to run out and have a bagel with cream cheese, followed by lots of wine!
