RKS Workout 6

Hey all, I did my workout this morning but didn't get a chance to post until now. Today I did RKS workout 6 Which went as follows:

After that I did lower body yoga for beginners with Suzanne Deason. This is kind of embarrasing but this beginner thing was very hard for me. I am not very flexible at all. I had not previewed this one like I usually do, and then I noticed after struggling through most of it, that she shows some modifications at the end using a yoga block and a strap. I have both of those items so I will definitely give this one another try within the next few days. I am not sure what is up with the spreading of the toes, but I am sure I will learn that soon. I am not giving up on this yoga thing, I am determined to like it darn it. Tomorrow is scheduled for a rest day from the RKS plan, but I may do something else, cardiowise instead. Unless I'm tired in the morning, then I'll just sleep in. Have a great evening all.
