Guest guest Posted June 20, 2011 Report Share Posted June 20, 2011 I got about 40 minutes of Kathy 's Fat burner -- it was actually a 20 minute interval workout twice. For some reason, the DVD player started the same workout over and I just went along with it. It's feeling good to get some intensity back into my workouts. That had been missing for the time I was trying to get rid of that dreaded sciatica. But I'm feeling strong now, and taking advantage of it!
