Guest guest
Today my low back was tweaky, and then I totally messed it up by making several poor decisions involving housework that could have waited. Silly girl. So no workout today, and possibly nothing tomorrow, although the good stretching book arrived at my library today; maybe there’s a gentle-on-the-back routine in there. Yesterday I put in 15 mins on the recumbent bike. Everyone seems to be doing so much on this list lately, and I just want to send out a general Good Job! to the group. Thanks for continuing to inspire me. in sunny, coolish, and mostly importantly, low humidity Sask
Guest guest
I hope your back feels better soon. ! Good job with the recumbent. The cool weather here was wonderful as well. Please send all cool summer weather in Canada to my house in Wisconsin for the rest of the summer, please. :-D Sara > > Today my low back was tweaky, and then I totally messed it up by making > several poor decisions involving housework that could have waited. Guest guest
Thanks, Sara! My back does feel better today, as it usually does. I’ll take it easy again though, and if I do anything, it will be just the bike. I’ll certainly send cool weather to you – you have no idea how wonderful this is after the 9 years we spent in SW Ontario, in the heat and humidity and smog. (I’m not a heat person, but my dh loves it) So nice to wake up NOT sweating already. : -) Yesterday evening we finally found how to get on to the street that runs from downtown Saskatoon north up the river – and right beside it is a bike/walk/jog/rollerblade/skateboard path. Absolutely beautiful area – big trees, the water, a carousel (!), the bridges, a fishing platform, the pelicans coming and going off the water. And was it ever being used – lots of people out and about. in breezy Sask From: exercisevideos [mailto:exercisevideos ] On Behalf Of sjajsa I hope your back feels better soon. ! Guest guest
Glad to hear you're feeling better, and about that path!! How great! We finally have cool weather today here (Michigan) but it is also wet. Oh well. I'm trying very hard not to complain about weather because at least I'm not cold (which I hate much more than being wet from humidity). RE: Re: Thursday Thanks, Sara!
