Sooo close to skipping a workout today.  Ugh..  I pushed on though and got a good one in.  I did the second workout off Jari's Revved to the Max.  While I do like this workout, it seems the reps are endless again.  Maybe if I did it a second time, I wouldn't think that, but for now, I do.  I didn't have to modify much.  At the end I did modify when she did another compound exercise with lunges and bicep curls.  I went straight for curls.  I worked my abs nicely too w/ some modifications.  In the end, I burned 421 with my average at 131 (40 minutes).  Oh, and note there is not any chest or back work in this one.

weird, no chest or back... thanks for the review Darcy I was wondering about this one!  421 calories is terrific!
