Guest guest Posted May 29, 2011 Report Share Posted May 29, 2011 Sooo close to skipping a workout today. Ugh.. I pushed on though and got a good one in. I did the second workout off Jari's Revved to the Max. While I do like this workout, it seems the reps are endless again. Maybe if I did it a second time, I wouldn't think that, but for now, I do. I didn't have to modify much. At the end I did modify when she did another compound exercise with lunges and bicep curls. I went straight for curls. I worked my abs nicely too w/ some modifications. In the end, I burned 421 with my average at 131 (40 minutes). Oh, and note there is not any chest or back work in this one.
