I did S & H Legs and Shoulders. It was like visiting an old friend. :) I cautiously used a 9 pound bar instead of a barbell and focused on full range and good form. For most exercises, I only did two of the three sets, but that's because I haven't lifted in ages. I haven't really done any real lifting since I broke my hand, so I didn't want to die of leg DOMS tomorrow.

This felt so fantastic. This is exactly what I need right now: strength sets and long stretch breaks. I'll do a p.m. yoga. I think it'll be free form: favorite asanas held for 4-5 breaths.

I forgot to mention that I downloaded the free Gymboss app for my iPhone. It's really nifty!Happy workouts!
