Hi all, I have been very lazy feeling today. I got up early with the intention of working out, but then I started watching tv and stalling and anything else I could think of. Then I went and did some errands with my daughter, we went to KMart and they had bathing suits for 50% off, and they had some cute clothes on sale also. I am supposed to be saving some money, but I just can't seem to do it. I bought a couple of bathing suits, not sure why I need more than one, but I couldn't decide so I bought them both, and then they had some cute Dream Out loud (Selena Gomez) outfits and so I bought one of those also. Then I came home and decided I needed to take a little nap before I worked out, I actually slept a couple of hours, I must have been really tired. Then when I woke up, I watched more TV. Then I kicked myself into gear, and said if I could spend all that money on new bathing suits and clothes I better work out to make sure I stay fitting in them. I so did not want to work out though. I did Cathe's Lower Body Blast. I did the 76 minutes premix with the standing+floorwork+leg conditioning drills. I like this workout. I kinda cheated on the barbell static lunges a little, I really hate those, but I did most of them. I really love those butterflys and hydrants with the band, I really felt those, that band makes a huge difference. The leg conditioning drills with the Turbo Tower were kinda new and different for me, I have never done anything like those before, the jury is still out as to whether I liked them or not, they seemed kinda weird. I need to rearrange my living room some as I don't have quite enough room for those walking lunges. Those hover squats are killer for me, but I love them. It is 7:20 PM here and I just finished my workout. I am off now to throw in a load of laundry, put in another movie, make me some dinner and go on being lazy. I can stay up late as I don't have to work tomorrow. Have a great evening all.
