Hi Everyone,A quick check-in! I apologize in advance for being brief!Today I did the cardio portion of Freytag's/Prevention's Fight Cellulite workout. I like this one - it is an interval-ish workout - 6 cycles each 6 minutes long- for the first 2 1/2 minutes you do low impact, next 2 1/2 minutes higher impact/higher intensity, last minute - high intensity drill. It is all athletic choreography and while challenging, is not so challenging that it is "dread" full. There is a lower body routine on the DVD as well but I skipped that since I didn't have time and was planning to do strength tomorrow anyway. After the cardio I did the "unwinding" practice again on Barbara Benagh's Yoga For Beginners DVD. I'm happy to have re-discovered yoga and yoga that

is helpful for me. Aside from dealing with my aches and pains, I'm finding myself to be calmer and less stressed out. So, a good thing overall.

Take care!Donna

Thanks, ! You should be able to find some of Chris's and other Prevention workouts at the library since they are pretty "mainstream". I like - she sort of seems like a real person w/ an attainable figure. She seems down to earth and sensible, too.

I also don't need anything for a long while...this year I have been much better about my spending, and when I did spend on something that wasn't planned it was usually b/c of a too-good-to-pass-up deal. Like the Metcalf 3 pack for under $15, and 2 Body Wisdom Yoga DVDs for $11. I still have a huge wishlist and, although I'm making progress w/ my organization projects, one area I need to focus on is my DVD collection. I need to post a trade list and then get some Amazon credits or something for those I can't trade. I should also do that for books.....

Take care!Donna

Wonderful workout, Donna!!!

I need to look at Freytag's stuff more. Anytime I've done it, I've liked it. She's not my favorite instructor but I don't dislike her either. I have enough to keep me going for a loooong time though so I should look for it in the library! :-)
