Hi all, I have been crazy busy and haven't had time to post much. I have been eating very badly and have gained 3 pounds back, I started over yesterday, I have to be good. I did a Cathe rotation for May and had planned to do another one for this month but my knees were just really complaining so I changed my mind, anyways I decided I don't like doing rotations, I want to just do what I'm in the mood for every day. I am going back to doing random DVD's and will work in a Cathe on occasion. Right now I will be sticking to low impact workouts. Yesterday I did Sansone 4 mile super challenge walk, not very challenging, but fun anyways. Today I did kind of a corny one. I got it free in a swap. It is called The Rebounder Workout by Wendilee Walpole Lassiter. I don't think she is very famous, it may have been a freebie with a rebounder somewhere I don't know. It was filmed outside in a horse pasture, the music sounded like the Chipmunks, it was the Knick Knack paddywack song. The lady was pleasant but kind of goofy. It starts out with doing some toning exercises using weights etc. The last part is a 10 minute cardio challenge. I really enjoyed it, it was goofy and fun. I'm off to work now, have a great day all.

's Tuesday workout

Hi all, I am so excited that Darcy had her bg. Do we know the name yet? Today is my last day of vacay, back to work tomorrow. Here is what I did today. Today I did Amy Bento's Kettlebell Dynamics workout 3, using a 20 lb. bell, plus the stretch and abs portions. I also did Trudie Styler's Warrior Yoga, the 45 minutes workout. I really liked both of these workouts. I may do the express 25 min. version of the yoga one tomorrow so that I can call this DVD done. Have a great day all.
