Hi Everyone,

I did Ellen Barrett's/Prevention Express Belly Blast Cardio - I like this little interval routine. It is actually fairly challenging, and gets a lot done in a short time. I followed that up with Suzanne Deason's Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss. this one! I am finding the yoga is helping a lot w/ my back/hip issues and it is also really helping to relieve stress and improve my moods. Who knew? Tomorrow is my Pilates focus day - I haven't decided if I will do a more traditional Pilates workout or a fusion - such as one with Ellen. Hope everyone has a good Monday - we're in our last full week of school here!Donna
