>>>I'm a little puzzled on how he can come back

with no bad bacteria, but also no good gut bacteria. It is more typical

that in the absence of good gut bacteria, the bad stuff will invade and

overgrow. I'm at a loss as to see how he is testing the absence of

*both*.....which makes me question the test validity.<<<

Did you see the test results or just get his interpretation? Could it be that

they just weren't outside the normal range?

Cheers.

Hi,

yes, I did see the results of the test. No bad bacteria or yeast

found in any amount.

I used bentonite clay early on in my detoxing days and found it to

be very helpful. But sure, it absorbs everything so you definitely

have to be cautious with using it for long periods of time.

I find that interesting ... the sellers of it claim it supplies nutrients, but

everything I read about clay ingestion suggests otherwise. I DID find

it let me eat at someone's dinner (which was likely gluten-contaminated,

tho I didn't eat actual bread and such) without horribly ill effects the

next day. Which is really good to know! I think it will be good for travelling.

They also say it is good as a toothpaste, but I didn't notice any particular

results with it.

What brand did you use? I always used Sonne's number 7.

And, it can also be used as a facial mask!

love,
