Guest guest
Hi, yes, I did see the results of the test. No bad bacteria or yeast found in any amount. erica z > >>>I'm a little puzzled on how he can come back > with no bad bacteria, but also no good gut bacteria. Guest guest
I used bentonite clay early on in my detoxing days and found it to be very helpful. But sure, it absorbs everything so you definitely have to be cautious with using it for long periods of time. erica z > > >It is *more* than just eliminating gluten. I DID find it let me eat at someone's dinner (which was likely gluten-contaminated, tho I didn't eat actual bread and such) without horribly ill effects the next day. Which is really good to know! I think it will be good for travelling. They also say it is good as a toothpaste, but I didn't notice any particular results with it. Guest guest
What brand did you use? I always used Sonne's number 7. And, it can also be used as a facial mask! love, erica z > > >I used bentonite clay early on in my detoxing days and found it to > >be very helpful.
