It's cool that you're gaining flexibility. This is such a big deal. I find that i really have to stay on top of that, or I really lose ground.

No AM workout, I had an

early morning meeting and didn't wake up early enough

I'm having mixed feelings

on this, my last week of Si6. I don't think I'm going to have dramatic

results in a week but maybe my measurements may prove different. So, I'm a

little down, under-motivated and really fighting the emotional eating trap,

I'm actually trying to eat even cleaner than before but won't stress about it

so that won't help

New Burn It Up!

Evening - I definitely

have more muscle endurance and still no dread factor.

PFP Cardio Kick

Morning - had to drag

myself out of bed this A.M. but this hit the spot, it was just what I needed.

I actually felt disappointed that it ended so soon :).

Old Burn It Up!

Evening - not sure what's

going on but abs finally caught fire, LOL. I also just realized how much my

flexibility has increased/come back, forward bends my nose is almost touching

my knees- yippee. And the motivation returns as I see the other gains from

doing this program to completion...now to stretch
