Guest guest
If I post this, maybe it will happen... Actually, I've been doing pretty good on my own but my kids finish school for the summer on Friday and I know it is only going to get harder to be consistent soon. I've picked up more work recently which has already made things challenging, especially to do anything longer than 30-45 minutes, but I've also requested to drop one meeting (in the middle of the day, 25 minutes away and getting paid, if I'm lucky $20 to do it) so that will help things a bit when that happens. Anyway, here's what I'm thinking I'll do the rest of this week, keeping with my attempt to get through more virgins. Monday: walk with the butterfly chasing, chatterbox, sweetheart daughter (50 minutes) -- unplanned but good to do Tuesday: Upper, lower and core workouts from Kathy Step Workout (20 min) + (probably) 10 minute standing stretch from Tamilee's stretch video (I've done the step workouts from the Kathy DVD but never the toning and need a short toning workout for this day) Wed: Sansone Family Walk (35 min) Thurs: Kathy Weight Loss Workout (60 min) Fri: Cathe High Step Circuit (60 min) It is getting much harder to plan a decent rotation (that is, one with a good variety of types of workouts) using only virgins, unless I do premixes I haven't done yet (whether I've done the main workout or not), especially when I need shorter workouts. I might need to start using some of the virgin premixes or putting in some non-virgin workouts. We'll see.
Guest guest
That's what I was thinking, that the possible nagging would make me more accountable, even if I do change things up! :-) Re: Posting this week's plan It helps me to post and write down workouts, even though I wind up changing my mind and usually end up with something completely different! The act of writing it out and planning it helps commit you to the action. And now that we've all read about we can nag you :)Have fun with Kathy! If I post this, maybe it will happen...
