Ooo good to know.  This is another one on my virgin pile :/  and I was wondering what to do tonite (I slept in today).

I got a perfect workout in today :)  I chose Amy's Kettlebell 3 in 1, and did the intermediate workout.  I'm not sure I've done this one before. It's a much easier workout than a normal kettlebell workout.  But, so easy to make more difficult with a heavier bell.. and a good chance to use heavier bells.  With that said, I didn't heavy-up, and felt I went at a perfect pace using my 25 for everything.  This is just a 20 minute workout...  Another one I need to remember for later on when I have a few more inches on my belly..ugh..

In order to meet my 30-minutes, I put in Firm's Calorie Explosion afterwards.  This is the first time I have even taken it out of the wrapper.  I was intending on doing just 12 more minutes, but when I chose that section, it also included a nice warm-up which was kind of intense for me, and the cooldown.. So, another 20 minutes in total.  I enjoyed this one too, but modified a bit here and there.

Anyway, a perfect day where I feel plenty worked, but not totally wiped out.  I shut my HRM off at 40 minutes and burned 431 calories with my average at 131. Another busy day today.  I have a new client coming this evening.  I need to make sure all my stuff for an assessment stuff is out and refresh my memory on what I'm doing too!  Also have to go register the boys for swimming lessons after school.  Ugh.. I'm so tired of all this running!
