It was way too hard for me and even though I cheated my way through, I don't ever want to do it again. It was Cathe's HIIT Pyramid. I didn't go low on most things and I also quit a few seconds early on the longer sections. I always struggle with the harder cardio stuff and this was one of them. I finished it, but I didn't like it. My knees are going to hate me for a while now. Thank God tomorrow is a rest day.
