oh no!!!! good luck... i broke my wrist in 3 places exactly 8 weeks ago today...i am lucky to live by the nation's hand institute and they did some fancy splints stuff and so far no need for plates.  Take your time and heal.

you will notice it throbs when you exercise and you will realize how much you use your wrist!!!is it your dominant hand?  that is what messes me up..plus driving a stick shiftgood luck and i can post some workout stuff i have been doing

Hey, everyone,

bad news. On Sunday I broke my wrist while helping install a pier. Friday morning I'm having surgery to put in some plates. I don't know when I will be exercising again. (Kickbox videos are sort of out.) I may have to settle for walking as soon as I can.

I'm looking forward to getting back in action as soon as possible. I'll keep you posted.
