Guest guest
I know these are random dates, but it's the best I can do , oh well, at least I'm on track for working out and eating clean, the last part of this trifecta is getting the proper amount of rest/sleep. I'm going to try to be in bed by 1:30 AM (even more crazy when I see it in writing) 5/21/2011 Sat 20 Prevention's Fight Cellulite Fast! - Cardio Routine Morning - wow, Chris Freytag does it again. There is a lower body section that I might do later today or another day but the cardio portion I did do was intense, challenging and fun. There is modifier so don't be scared of the high impact. Now, the only reason I could do the impact was because of the bounce in my Skechers Tone Ups (which are only $40 at 6pm.com). There are 6 intervals, each with a 40 second boost, I had 37 min sweatfest. The 37 min does not include the warm-up or wonderful cool-down. Old Ramp It Up! Evening P.M. Walking with Debbie Rocker Late evening Date Day Day Video(s) Notes 5/22/2011 Sun 21 I Slim in 6 Date Day Day Video(s) Notes 5/23/2011 Mon 22 WW Walk at Home - 20 Minute Walk Morning New Burn It Up! Evening - woohoo, even though this was hard and I'm on low sleep I actually feel energized (we'll see how I feel by the end of the week - LOL). Because of my twist on the rotation don't dread tomorrow . Full disclosure, last week I started taking Beachbody's Performance formula, this may really help with recovery - it's not a crazy fat burner, the caffeine comes from green tea leaf. The formula claims to support overall recovery, a healthy metabolism, healthy circulation and oxygenation. In either case, I'm still determined to successfully finish this rotation by reshaping my bod, losing more of this excess body and completing the full 6 weeks WATP - High Calorie Burn - 2 mile walk Late evening - used the weighted balls, my thighs are so fried from BIU! New Slim & Limber Later evening - I'll be curious to see how my back responds to regular stretching, the pain started when I stopped doing Slim & Limber every day. With my high level of exercise until at least June 1st I may need to be sure to stretch on a daily basis. Date Day Day Video(s) Notes 5/24/2011 Tue 23 WATP Express Morning Treadmill Early evening - speed 1.0 to 3.5- I haven't been on a treadmill for years, my thighs are freaked out! (evil) hahahaha - be gone excess fat, be gone! Actually I hadn't planned on doing this tonight. Old Burn It Up! Evening - kudos to those that have done this rotation with only the old workouts, my goodness! This is so challenging and it's 3 min shorter than the new version LOL Old Slim & Limber Late evening - no way I could skip a stretch after today's workouts Date Day Day Video(s) Notes 5/25/2011 Wed 24 Treadmill Early evening New Burn It Up! Evening - I'd scheduled New Ramp It Up! So that I could transition into the Burn It Up! Easier but oops Well, I got through it, had to pull back a little because of the treadmill walk done with intervals and speeds up to 4.0 but as I've said before, I'm determined to not only complete Si6 in its entirety but to have visual and scale numbers' success. WW Walk At Home DVD - 10 Minute Walk Late evening - done just to get my pedometer to at least 10,000 - it was a successful choice. New Slim & Limber Later evening - no way I could skip stretching tonight. Date Day Day Video(s) Notes 5/26/2011 Thu 25 WW Walk At Home DVD - 10 Minute Power Walk Morning - woke up late again and I've given myself shin splints, so, on with my Tone Ups and a short wake up walk that yielded a little over 1,000 steps Elliptical machine Evening - first time I've used this particular type of elliptical and it really kick my butt! The challenge is on Old Burn It Up! Late evening - fell asleep when I got home from the gym but, I'm not using the excuse that I did an intense workout already to keep me from my Si6 rotation (I would have in the past). Right now I feel really proud of myself for having done this today. New Slim & Limber Late evening/pre bedtime - time to stretch
