Hi all, I have been so crazy busy today, gosh, it seems like I never have time to do anything, I just got home from work/errands a few minutes ago. This morning I did Cathe's High Reps. I liked this workout a lot, but I didn't time it very well. I forgot to plan in equipment changes, rewinds, etc. Cathe moved thru this pretty fast and I didn't want to miss any reps so I had to rewind a few times where Cathe had started already when I wasn't quite ready. Anyways it took me about 80 minutes to do this 65 minute workout so I had to drive a little faster than usual to make it to work on time. I think it is going to take me a few more times to get the hang of doing the bicep curls with the band and the lighter weight and also the one armed rows with the band. They seem kind of strange to me like that, but I am going to give them a few more tries before deciding if I like them or not. I don't like the tricep dips on the dumbells. But then it always hurts my hands to do stuff on the dumbells, I hate doing pushups and everything on the dumbells. Maybe I wasn't paying attention, but on the disc back slides, did she skip doing them on the second side? Maybe not, I will pay more attention next time. I am off to read all my 300 emails right now, have a great evening everyone.
