I have a hectic schedule as I own my own business,have a husband and travel most of the time. If I am home Satruday or Sunday I make some food for a couple of days. Some stuff I freeze, which I do not like to do, but sometimes I have no choice. I always have the staples , brown rice, another grain, soup, beans. I always make veggies fresh. I get up every morning at 5:30AM and prepare my veggies for the night and my grain . If I am traveling, still do the same, only bring some food with me in a thermos to where I am going so I don't have to eat out three meals a day and try to find a natural restaurant of some sort. You will find a balance, I am sure.
